Welcome to the Lakeland Hawks 2023/2024 Online Hockey Registration
 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for teams, submit payment and select volunteer options. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available, you will also be able to pay offline on registration day.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Lakeland Hawks Ice Arena.

For Families New to the Lakeland Hawks Ice Association: 

We do have a hockey equipment room that allows us to help your child get on the ice. We strive to do our best to assist you with finding gear to fit your children but we do recommend good fitting helmets and skates for the safety of your children. We will be hosting equipment checkout during our Sept 22nd Registration/Open Skate event from 4-7pm. The closest dedicated Hockey Store is Goal Line in Wausau for any other needs.

Each Player must register FIRST with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season.
 

• Step 1:   Register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.

• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

2023 / 2024 Fees
USA hockey Registration Fees are separate and not included in the amounts below

Learn to Play Session 1: 2017 to 2019 Birth Years
Fridays October 2023 (5 sessions) : $75 *no required volunteer hours

Learn to Play Session 2: 2017 to 2019 Birth Years
Fridays January 2024 (5 sessions)  : $75 *no required volunteer hours

8 & Under (In House) :  2015 & 2016 Birth Years
$200 with completion of volunteer hours OR $400 total

8 & Under (Travel) : 2015 & 2016 Birth Years 
$300 with completion of volunteer hours OR $600 total

10 & Under/Squirt : 2013 & 2014 Birth Years
$550 with completion of volunteer hours OR $1100 total

12 & Under /Pee-Wee : 2011 & 2012 Birth Years
$700 with completion of volunteer hours OR $1400 total

14 & Under /Bantam : 2009 & 2010 Birth Years
$775 with completion of volunteer hours OR $1550 total

*All registration fees will be collected in two installments (except for Learn to Play).

Accepted payments are:

• Pay offline with check or cash
• Debit/Credit or Bank account

The first payment will be for 1/2 of the TOTAL price listed above.

A second check with the date of February 1st, 2024 will be required by the first day of practice.  

Once the benchmark of 25 volunteer hours has been completed by February 1st the postdate check will be returned.

*Attention Learn to Skate Parents: If your child's birth year is beyond 2016  please select 2016  as their birth year for registration and we will adjust later.*

All documents & payments that need to be submitted to Registrar MUST be done prior to 1st day of practice or the Registration Night on Sept 22nd.

Please Note:
Our youth program is ran by parents, coaches & members of our community who volunteer their time to make youth hockey and option here in Minocqua area. We are only successful if everyone works together. Fundraising/Volunteering efforts are an expected part of our program. There will be opportunities throughout the season to help. Each family will be  required to participate in selling 50/50 raffle tickets.
